About

camp cowan
A place for travel, food, and the everyday moments in between.

i’ve always loved traveling, but more than anything, i’ve found myself drawn to the smaller moments along the way — the ones that aren’t planned, but end up meaning the most.

over time, i started to think more intentionally about how i spend and save, so i could actually enjoy my life — whether that’s planning a trip, trying a new restaurant, or simply making the most of an ordinary day.

i created the intentional route as a space to keep track of those experiences — places i’ve been, meals i’ve loved, and the choices that shape how i move through life.

my approach to travel is simple. i like a balance — thoughtful planning, but enough room for spontaneity. a mix of exploring somewhere new, finding a good meal, and enjoying where i am.

when i’m not working, you can usually find me either deep in a spreadsheet or outside — kayaking, hiking, or rollerblading, depending on the day.

this space has become a collection of all of that — travel, food, and the everyday in between.

if something here resonates or gives you a new idea, that’s more than enough.

i’m lena — thanks for being here.
